The Position

We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to design and build innovative solutions that redefine how businesses and communities engage in Web3. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of creating intuitive user experiences and robust backend systems that drive loyalty and engagement. This is a unique opportunity to shape the tools and technologies that empower our clients to unlock the potential of decentralized ecosystems. Prior Web3 knowledge is preferred but not required.

What You’ll Do

• Build systems that empower businesses to track and reward user behavior, driving meaningful engagement in Web3.
• Engineer Zapier-like interfaces for configuring data sources and build a WYSIWYG loyalty portal editor.
• Develop features that improve user experience and efficiency, such as intelligent search, real-time progress tracking, and secure role-based access controls.
• Simplify complex workflows within the product, allowing users to intuitively manage and optimize their incentive programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge design, backend, and frontend engineering, ensuring cohesive and impactful solutions.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack engineering, ideally in B2B SaaS, Fintech, or Web3 consumer apps.
• Technical Mastery:
  • Proficiency in React, Node.js/Go, and building scalable and secure applications.
  • Proficiency in Node.js, GraphQL (Hasura), PostgreSQL, and designing secure, scalable backend architectures.
  • Experience with Tailwind CSS, shadcn and other UI libraries
  • Experience with automating deployments, optimizing database queries, and maintaining a smooth developer experience using modern CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with AWS (Amplify, Cloudfront), containerization (Docker/Podman), and security best practices (e.g., CORS, CSP).
• Efficient Communicator: You’re skilled at conveying complex ideas in distributed teams and bring effective communication to collaborative projects.
• Start-up Agility: You thrive in a high-growth environment and bring a proactive, iterative approach to your work.
